We will be doing a bike RALLY this year instead of a bike race. Please join ua at Maple Springs Park with your bike and helmet and enjoy a ride with neighbors and friends.

Join us as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday with a community potluck dinner! These America 250 Potlucks are taking place in communities across the United States, and we’re excited to bring our town together for this special occasion.

We are planning for approximately 500 participants. The town will provide the meat and drinks. We will have tables and shade tents, but you’re also welcome to bring a blanket and enjoy your meal picnic-style on the lawn.

To help ensure a variety of delicious food for everyone, please sign up to bring a dish that serves approximately 12 people.

Following the potluck dinner, we invite everyone to stay for a special patriotic program as we honor our nation’s history, and celebrate our community.

The Patriotic program is an evening filled with honoring our country, and all those who have sacrificed to provide us the freedoms we enjoy. Come enjoy the evening as friends and neighbors learning about our town history and celebrating where we live. We will be honoring one of our veterans from town with a quilt made by our Mantua Quilt Group. After the program, refreshments will be served.

Nine hole 4-man scramble at Eagle Mountain Golf Course in Brigham City. Bring your team for a fun afternoon tournament. Tee times available from 4:30 to dark. Food will be served, prize drawing, additional prizes for closest to the pin and longest drive competitions. No entry fees, but participants are responsible for green fees and cart fees. We are excited to have our second Kids’ Booth Vendor night! Booths will be open from 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM at the bowery at Maple Springs Park. Come support our local youth as they sell a variety of items, including handmade arts, crafts and other treasures before the Movie in the Park begins!

Movie under the stars! We will be watching Ferdinand. The outdoor movie will be held in Maple Springs Park at dusk. Bring your blankets, chairs, and a light jacket. Popcorn and water will be provided, and other items will be available for purchase.

“Life is Sweet in Mantua”

We are so excited for the pageant this year! The Pageant will be held on Wednesday July 15th at 6pm at the Main Street Bowery. This pageant is for Town of Mantua resident girls ages 3-11, and the DEADLINE is JUNE 30. We will not be able to take more girls after the deadline so please sign up ASAP.

The cost for the pageant is $10.00 and that covers the cost of the shirt. (There is a $3.00 fee to pay online through the link)

If you are wanting to order an additional matching adult shirt, you will need to contact Jamie Hendricks. We will be having our practice for the pageant on July 13th and 14th at the main street bowery from 9:00-10:30am, please bring a water bottle with your daughter. This year if you would like to find shorts for the pageant, red and white checkered shorts, red shorts, or jean shorts are suggested if possible.

Unfortunately we have to cancel the kayak races due to the algae bloom in the lake.

Join us on Thursday, July 16th at 3:00 PM at the main boat dock for the Little Valley Days Kayak Races! Participants will be divided into categories by gender and age, so there’s a place for competitors young and old alike.

Kayaks and life jackets will be available to borrow, but participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment if possible.

A few things to know before you race:

• All participants must sign a waiver prior to racing. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.
• Life jackets are required for all racers at all times during the race.

Celebrate Little Valley Days with great food while supporting your local volunteer firefighters!

Every meal purchased helps the Mantua Fire & Rescue Foundation provide equipment, training, and other resources that support our volunteer firefighters. To help us prepare, we’d appreciate an RSVP. While it’s not required, it helps us estimate how much food to have on hand.

Burgers are first-come, first-served, so come hungry and come early!

Think you have what it takes to become the next Mr. Mantua? Or know of someone who does? Come join the fun!

Brackets will be split by skill and if we have enough players by age and skill.

Tournament format round robin, followed by championship rounds or single elimination bracket.

Tournament will be played at Maple Springs Park. We will start 8am with 3.0 and end the day with the higher brackets. Actual times to be sent week of tournament.

Team fee is $30 or $15 per person. If you don’t have a partner we will try to match you up with someone similar age and skill, if we are unable to get you a partner, we will refund your money.
